KINGSWOOD are one of Australia’s most promising new indie rock outfits. Not only featuring the unmistakable lead vocals of Fergus Linacre, but also vocals from every member of the band including guitarist Alex Laska, bass player Jeremy Hunter and drummer Justin Debrincat.
The lads recently took out the coveted ‘Triple J Unearthed Splendour in the Grass’ competition which sees them flown in to open the Byron Bay festival on the main Supertop stage, supporting such acts as Jack White, Blocparty, The Smashing Pumpkins, At The Drive In, The Shins and more. Basically, they’re incredibly good.
Along for the ride: THE WALKING WHO, a Psychedelic Jam-Rock trio based in Northern Illawarra & THE CHITTICKS, who blend blistering party tunes with droning psychedelic overtures, creating a sonic tapestry of sun, surf and city.
